ABOUT NADIASTROSERVICE
Sivasakthi Guruji reads the leaves at NadiAstroService in Villivakkam, Chennai. He reads the old Tamil verse directly from the palm leaf and explains it to you in plain language, and he does not begin a reading until your own answers have confirmed the leaf is yours.
Reading a Nadi leaf is a skill in old written Tamil before it is anything else. The verse on the leaf is compressed, unpunctuated and several centuries away from the Tamil anyone speaks today, so the reader has to render it aloud and then translate it into language you can act on. That is the work.
A fuller account of his background is on the reader’s own page.
Enquiries are answered on the same number used for WhatsApp. That first conversation is short and practical: what you want to ask about, when you can come, and what to expect on the day. No birth details are collected, because none are used.
If you would rather read everything first, the questions people ask before booking page covers most of it, and the contact page has the address and the hours.
Nadi manuscripts have passed between reader families for generations, and the bundles that survive today are copies of copies, recopied onto fresh palm leaf as the old ones failed.
The tradition itself is associated with the temple town of Vaitheeswaran Koil, where a large body of these manuscripts came to light. That history, and what it does and does not mean for a reading given in Chennai, is set out on Vaitheeswaran Koil and where the leaves come from. The verses we read belong to Agathiyar Nadi.
Verification comes before prediction, every time. Your thumb impression narrows the search, the reader reads statements off each candidate leaf, and you answer yes or no to your own name, your mother’s name and your father’s name. Only when those match does the reading start.
That order matters because it is the only honest test available. If we asked you for your name and your parents’ names first, the leaf could never prove anything. Asking nothing and reading it out instead puts the burden on the leaf, which is where it belongs. The full sequence is on how a Nadi reading actually works.
We never ask for a birth date, a birth time or a star. If your leaf is not found, we say so and no other leaf is read in its place.
Readings are given one at a time, by appointment, at the Villivakkam address. People also come to us from outside India, and a Nadi reading from outside India explains how that is arranged.
We do not guarantee outcomes. A leaf records what is written and, in certain chapters, the remedies set down with it. It does not promise that a marriage will happen, that a case will be won, or that a debt will clear on a given date.
We do not treat illness. The medicinal chapter describes what the Maharishis wrote about the body and which system of treatment is indicated, and it is read alongside your doctor, never instead of one. We will not tell you to stop a prescribed medicine.
We do not read the longevity chapter unless you specifically ask for it, and we say plainly when a leaf has not been located. Fees are explained before you commit, on what a Nadi reading costs and how to pay.
Nadi readings are a traditional practice. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please continue to follow your doctor.
Sivasakthi Guruji reads the leaf and interprets it for you in the room. The person who answers your first WhatsApp message or phone call handles the appointment and the practical questions, and is not the person who reads. You will know before you arrive who you are meeting.
What we hold, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted are set out in the privacy policy. Because no birth details are collected, the record of a reading is smaller than people expect. If you want anything removed, tell us and we will act on it.
The bundles in use are copies, as almost all surviving Nadi manuscripts are. Palm leaf does not last indefinitely, so the verses have been recopied onto fresh leaf across generations of reader families. That is how the tradition has been carried, and it is why the text is in older Tamil than the leaf itself.
Yes. Many people bring a parent, a spouse or a friend, and it often helps during verification when a name or a family detail is being confirmed. Tell us when you book so the room is set up for it. The reading itself still belongs to the person whose thumb impression was taken.
Because a reading is private and most people do not want their name attached to one. Where clients have agreed to share their experience, it appears on the testimonials page with a first name and a city only. We do not count them up or turn them into a score.
You can read those on what people say after a reading.
Bring nothing but yourself. The verification happens before anything is predicted, so you will know early whether the leaf is yours.
Bring peace, happiness and wealth into your life with Nadiastroservice. Our Nadi readers have gained mastery in their skill and have embraced a lifestyle that preserves their emotional purity.
